Deliveries -Orders will leave our salon within 24hrs of your date of order, or next business day if ordered on a weekend or public holiday.
All deliveries are carried out through
Australia Post’s Express Service. Delivery will take 1 - 2 Business Days anywhere in Australia. If you are outside the Australia Post Express Post Network it may take an extra day.
All Express post parcel’s are traceable, but a signature is not required, so parcel’s may be left at your door.
Free Express Delivery is offered to orders totaling $200.00 or more. All Orders under $200.00 will be charged an $9.90 Flat Rate up to 3kgs for Express Delivery.
Free Delivery or Pickup can also be arranged for local clients.
OR You Can Upgrade Your Delivery To One Of The Following -
1. For an extra $7.00 on ALL ORDERS we can use a Platinum Express service up to 3kg - Signature is Required
Or
2. For an extra $7.00 on ALL ORDERS we can use a Parcel Post Sachel up to 3 kg with Registered Label which includes Insurance up to $300.00. But this service can take a full 5 - 7 days for you to receive your parcel (this is NOT an Express Service) - Signature also Required.
Stock -Whilst we always try to keep good stock levels of all items, we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed to inform you of the expected delay. The general delay is usually only 3-5 day’s.
Once your order is ALL in stock and ready for dispatch we will email you again to advise you of the dispatch date.
Liability -At the time of ordering, it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address and or products. Should you enter the wrong address or product, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense.
Unless your postage included insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or late delivery as this is handled by Australia Post.
If you have ordered the wrong product, please return it to us at your expense in it’s original state, unopened and sealed, and we can arrange the correct products to be dispatched. Extra postage will be charged.
We will always follow up any missing or lost parcel’s with Australia Post, on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
Please advise us immediately if your parcel’s ever arrive damaged. As you will need to lodge a complaint with Australia Post.
